The chimney must have sufficient draught and reliably evacuate combustion gases into the air during all possibilities of operating operation. The correct dimension of the flue is necessary for correct boiler operation, boiler combustion, output and life time are dependent on flue diameter.
Additional flue gas draught fan compensates insufficient or uneven chimney draught during the combustion process. It also ensures more effective the flow of flue gases. It is also useful during the time of loading when the boiler door are open. The additional flue draught fan prevents the escape of smoke from the boiler into the boiler room.
The unit is designed to evenly exhaust the flue gases from the boiler. This can save fuel and en-sure that combustion in the boiler is efficient.
The body of additional draught is welded from sheet of 2 or 3 mm thickness. Direction of flue gases flow indicates the arrow on the side of the body. Input connection with 152 mm diameter inside is connection to boiler chimney draught outlet with diameter 150 mm. Output connection with 149 mm diameter inside is connection to flue connection. Exhaust fan is connected to the flange by 4 mm plate. Radial impeller is directly connected to electromotor shaft. Additional ex-haust fan is connected to the flange, also with radial impeller. This part is connected by nuts and bolts to the additional flue gas draught body.
